This online store is operated by Endicott Coffee Roasters. These terms apply to your use of our store and purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below, subject to applicable law.

Products and orders

Product details, available options, and prices are displayed in our store. Please review your selections and provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Product availability can change. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or product error, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout. Payment must be made using an accepted checkout payment method. We will not charge an additional amount for an order adjustment without your authorization.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

Order processing and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, order problems, and refunds are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform used to sell our products.

Store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the store's operation, or misuse another person's information. Product names, images, and other store content remain the property of their respective owners.

Fundraising purchases

Any fundraising benefit associated with a purchase is described in the relevant campaign. A product purchase is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.

Updates and customer rights

We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting an updated version. Changes do not alter the terms of an order already placed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
